Conditions of return and exchange
If you receive damaged / defective / wrong products, please contact Camey Com customer service for assistance as soon as possible.
The products to be returned must be unused with the original package, and we do not accept the return of a used product or a product with damages.
Products marked "non-returnable", "surprise sales" and "promotional product cannot be returned", as well as free gifts, cannot be returned or exchanged.
1 - We do not accept items returned without a proper return request.
2 - Please double check your return request and products before shipping them out. We shall not be responsible for returning items that are not from cami.com.
3 - If the quantity of the products to be returned does not match the actual quantity returned, the courier may refuse to receive the products.
4 - Please do not send the reference parcel to the address shown on the parcel received which is not our return address and it will affect the return processing.
Your order will be processed within 5 days once we receive the return package. The amount will be refunded to the CameCom wallet or original payment account as you choose.
The time of the recovery process
If you paid by cash on delivery (COD), the amount will be returned to your CameCom wallet and you can use it along with the voucher code and points in your next purchase.
Refunds are for products only returned, and other fees such as insurance, shipping fees and COD service fees are non-refundable.
